1. Who we are & acceptance
This online store is operated by KYVORA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED , a company incorporated in Hong Kong, with Company number : 80998667 and registered office at Flat 5, 4/F, Won Hing Building, 74–78 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong ("we", "us", or "the store"). We sell to customers worldwide. By browsing this site and placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.
2. The products
We sell digital books (eBooks) in PDF format, including "365 Moments to Connect with Your Kids" by Emily Carter and its companion titles. They contain activity ideas to do with children and are delivered exclusively in digital format; no physical copy is shipped.
3. Purchase & delivery
After completing payment, you'll receive a download link at the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is instant and available worldwide. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address.
4. Prices, currency & taxes
Prices are shown in the currency indicated in the store at checkout. Depending on your country, applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added or included as required by law; you are responsible for any local taxes or charges that apply to your purchase. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one in effect when you place your order.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, and other providers we may enable (such as PayPal). We do not store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as PLAYWITHMYBOOKS. By paying, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms.
6. License & intellectual property
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read, use, and print the content for private, family use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload to file-sharing platforms, lend, rent, or commercially exploit the files or their content, in whole or in part, nor create derivative works, without prior written permission. All intellectual property rights in the products belong to their owner and are protected by law.
7. Nature of the content (important notice)
The content is for informational, educational, and family-entertainment purposes. It is not medical, psychological, educational, or therapeutic advice, and does not replace the judgment of a qualified professional. Activities should always be carried out under the supervision of a responsible adult, adapted to each child's age, abilities, and circumstances. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, though we make reasonable efforts to keep it running.
